Delivery and Payment
This page contains information about delivery methods, order delivery times, payment options, and recommendations for safely receiving your order.
Delivery
Door-to-door courier delivery — 550 ₽. Delivery is available within the Moscow Ring Road or within a 1 km radius of any metro station.
Please check delivery availability for your address when placing your order.
Delivery is carried out via the CDEK transport company according to their rates.
The delivery cost can be calculated when placing an order after entering your address, or clarified with a manager.
Delivery Timeframes
From 1 to 2 days. Delivery is carried out on business days only.
From 3 to 5 days.
Payment
You can pay for your order using any convenient payment method offered by the seller.
- Cash payment upon receipt — available only for courier delivery within Moscow.
- Payment by bank card: VISA Inc, MasterCard WorldWide, MIR.
- Payment via QR code or payment link to a corporate bank account.
Payment by Bank Card
To pay for your order by bank card when placing an order in the online store, select the payment method: bank card.
When paying for an order by bank card, the payment is processed on the bank’s authorization page, where you will need to enter your bank card details:
- card type
- card number
- card expiration date, indicated on the front side of the card
- cardholder’s name in Latin letters, exactly as shown on the card
- CVC2/CVV2 code
Payment Security
Tips and recommendations on essential security measures when making payments using a bank card:
- keep your plastic cards as safe as you keep cash. Do not leave them in your car, restaurant, store, etc.
- never provide your full credit card number over the phone to any individuals or companies
- always keep the emergency contact phone number of the bank that issued your card at hand, and immediately contact the bank if your card is lost
- enter your card details only when making a purchase. Never provide them for any other reason.
Your payment card data is guaranteed to be protected in accordance with PCI DSS security standards. Card details are entered on a secure bank payment page, and information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology.
Further transmission of information is carried out through closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability.
For additional cardholder authentication, the 3D-Secure protocol is used for VISA and Mastercard, and the EMV 3DS protocol, Mir Accept 2.0, is used for MIR cards. If the issuer supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server to enter additional payment verification details. For the EMV 3DS protocol, Mir Accept 2.0, there may be no separate page for entering additional confirmation information if automated authentication is performed on the card issuer’s side.
General Recommendations
It is very important to carefully inspect the product when receiving your order!
Be sure to check the packaging for damage or signs of tampering, verify the quantity of ordered items, and inspect the overall integrity and quality of the product.
If the product does not match the order or if any defects are found, you may refuse payment and receipt by asking the delivery service employee to draw up an inventory of the parcel/order contents, and then contacting a company representative.
Keep all documents confirming your purchase: receipts, warranty cards, postal declarations, email correspondence, and any other documents received from the company.
